We will obtain personal information about you when you enquire about our Charitable activities, register with us on our website, apply for funds from the Charity or otherwise provide us with personal information. We may also receive information about you from third parties.

The legal basis that we rely on for processing your data will depend upon the circumstances in which it is being collected and used, but will in most cases fall into one of the following categories: –
Service Providers
We use service providers such as our website provider to assist in providing our services.Data uploaded on to our website will be held securely with access to the Trustees and Officers of the Charity and its IT providers to allow them to perform their duties for the Charity.
We also have a legal obligation to disclose your personal information when required to by law for example with the Charity Commissioners when appropriate and with our accountant.
How will we share your personal information?
When you register with us or enter into a contract with us, unless you have indicated to the contrary, the following personal information you have provided will be retained:First and last name, name of charity/organisation, registration number, where appropriate, address, telephone number, e-mail address and Bank details. If you do not wish this information to be retained, please contact us. You have the option to add more information to your application if you wish. Your details will be shared with the Trustees and Officers of the Charity. We will also share your personal information with our service providers, such as third parties that help us with our IT services, data storage and administrative services.
Only the Data Protection Officer will retain personal data.The Trustees and Officers of the Charity will delete all personal data and information once an application for funding has been finally disposed of by them.
Your rights in relation to your personal information
You have the right to update, correct or delete personal information that we hold about you. In certain circumstances, you also have the right to ask us to remove certain personal information about you or limit its use.
You can do this by contacting the Data Protection Officer at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint at any time about our treatment of your personal information with the Information Commissioners Office in the UK.

We take appropriate measures to ensure that the personal information disclosed is kept secure. Although we take these measures, please note that no transmission over the Internet can ever be guaranteed to be secure.
